1. When you place an order or buy a gift card, the details are mailed to your registered email ID with an hour.


2. If you are not able to find the email in your Inbox, please check the 'Junk/Spam' folders as well.


3. You can search your Inbox/Spam/Junk folders for the 'Order Reference Number' which you can find on the 'Order History' page. 



4. If you are still not able to find the email, please check with your IT team if the emails are blocked.

  • Company Name
  • Official Email ID
  • Order ID
