Only Admin has privilege to create an Award.


1. Go to Settings Menu > RECOGNITION > Badges and Awards Management.




2. On Badge and Award Management screen, click on Create button.



3. Select 'Award' on the CREATE popover.



4. On the Award creation form fill in the basic details Award Name, Description and Award imageSelect Who can give this award in most of the cases it will be Admin means only users having Admin role will be able to give the award. Other users won't be able to see and give the award. Enter the number of Points which will be given along with the Award to the Award winner. Select the Fund from which these points will be deducted. If no fund is selected, the points will be given from the employee's budget who is giving out the Award on the portal. Click on Save button once all the details are filled in.
