1. If an employee leaves the organization, admin can mark the employee as inactive.
2. To mark an employee inactive, go to Configurations > User > Employee Management.
2. Search the employee by first name, last name or employee code. Click on Actions > Edit Details next to the employee records.
3. On the edit employee details screen, set the status as Inactive and click on Save. A confirmation window will be shown. Click on Yes button on the confirmation window.
IMPORTANT -
1. If the employee is Manager for any other employees, system will ask to change the Manager for the employees first.
2. If the employee is admin of any group, the system will ask to change the admin of those group first.
3. If the employee is manager of any project team, the system will ask to change the project team manager first.
4. The employee will not be able to login to the system anymore.
2. If the user has points wallet, those will be transferred back to company budget.
