Reset Password
When you forget your Bigfish password, we’ll send password reset instructions to the email address associated with your account profile. For security purposes, we don't store password information, so we can't give you the existing password on your account.
To reset your Bigfish password, follow these steps.
- Navigate to the Bigfish login screen
- Click Forgot password?
3. Enter your username i.e. your login ID and click Continue.
4. We will send you an OTP to your registered email address and mobile number which needs to be filled in the below form, along with the new password.
If you don't receive password reset instructions within an hour or two, check your junk or spam folder.
