As soon as you are recognized by your peers, managers etc. you will receive an Email notification and a Text Alert. You will be notified the badge you have received and the sender of the badge. This goes for both Peer to Peer and Formal Awards. You will also receive an In-App notification of the recognition.
Also, your peers will be notified about your recognition via Email and In-App. Your recognition will also get posted on the main Activities homepage where other employees can celebrate with you.
The core of Recognition is to be able to share your recognition with your team, peers and the organization for wider engagement and participation of everyone.
